• Before sending attachments (such as resumes or cover letters), you must ensure they are free of malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• If you provide reference details for third parties, you must obtain their prior written consent.

Hireyaar and its original content, features, functionality, logos, and graphics are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, download, distribute, reverse-engineer, or sell any part of this website's infrastructure or design without express written permission from Hireyaar.

3.1 Third-Party Content: Hireyaar acts as a bridge between candidates and employers. We assume no legal responsibility for the accuracy of job offers posted by employers, nor for the validity of resumes and profiles submitted by candidates.

3.2 Accuracy of Information: While we strive to moderate the platform, we cannot guarantee that all external information posted by third parties is constantly updated or entirely error-free. Users are encouraged to exercise their own due diligence before accepting employment offers or sharing personal data.

You assume the risks and dangers that may arise from downloading files (such as candidate resumes) through Hireyaar. While we implement security measures, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by viruses or compromised files uploaded by third-party users.
