About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern to join our team in Noida.

This internship is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, business development, client acquisition and communication and want practical experience working with real clients and leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
  • Understand client requirements and explain our services effectively.
  • Handle incoming leads and convert qualified leads into clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM/Excel.
  • Support the business development team in achieving monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and provide daily/weekly updates.

Requirements

  • Graduate, undergraduate or final-year student can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in sales, telecalling or business development will be an advantage.

Work Schedule

On-site – Sector 132, Noida

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
